I created my first Gourd Grandmother to help me remember the January Clan Mother teachings. This Grandmother's color is orange. Orange carries the Medicine of kinship with all life because it is the color of the Eternal Flame of Love that the Great Mystery placed in the hearts of every part of Creation. Through learning the truths found in every life form within the Planetary Family, we are given the opportunity to see the similarities between us.
